If you stay in our hotel you will be entitled to enter the Lenti Thermal Spa and St. Georg Energy Park several times a day, wich is in connected to the hotel.

- Check in time from 15.00h (on the day of arrival)
- Check out time until 11:00h (on the day of departure)
- If you want to check in earlier / check out later, a storage room is available for your luggage, or it is possible to have a room for an extra charge.
- Parking space with camera surveillance, closed with barrier for extra charge (1000 HUF / night / car)
By 50% prepayment:
- Ordered services can be cancelled for 7 days before arrival without a cancellation fee – in this case we will issue a voucher for the deposit, which can be used for 6 months.
- We are unable to refund the amount paid.
- Free cancellation within 7 days is no longer possible, 100% of the amount paid (advance payment) is the cancellation fee.
- If the hotel or spa is unable to operate due to an unforeseen event (government decree), we will refund 100% of the amount transferred upon request or issue a one-year voucher!
Without prepayment: Ordered services can be cancelled for 10 days before arrival without a cancellation fee. Free cancellation within 10 days is no longer possible, 100% of the amount paid (advance payment) is the cancellation fee.
