We would like to inform you that some of the indoor pools (swimming pool, teaching pool, medicinal pool) will be closed between 27.06 and 08.07.2022.
The hydromassage pool, the paddling pool, the relaxation area, the sauna worl, the adventure pool and the outdoor pools will continue to operate depending on the opening times.
A temporary corridor is still provided on the first floor of the hotel!
From 01.05.2022 after the check-out you can use the thermal bath for fee (1900 HUF/ adult, 1200 HUF/child) - hotel wellness on the 4th floor (4 saunas, swimming pool with waterfall and underwater
massage effects) - The walkway of St. George Energy Park with Kneipp barefoot path

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
By 50% prepayment:
- Ordered services can be cancelled for 7 days before arrival without a cancellation fee – in this case we will issue a voucher for the deposit, which can be used for 6 months.
- We are unable to refund the amount paid.
- Free cancellation within 7 days is no longer possible, 100% of the amount paid (advance payment) is the cancellation fee.
- If the hotel or spa is unable to operate due to an unforeseen event (government decree), we will refund 100% of the amount transferred upon request or issue a one-year voucher!
Without prepayment: Ordered services can be cancelled for 10 days before arrival without a cancellation fee. Free cancellation within 10 days is no longer possible, 100% of the amount paid (advance payment) is the cancellation fee.
